JD Edwards * PeopleSoft Financial System Co-Ordinator.
Required is a graduate with 3-5 years post grad experience.
Previous Experience:
-Minimum 12 months experience of JD Edwards World or Oneworld AR, AP and GL modules in a support capacity.
-Some involvement in process analysis and configuration with ideally one full lifecycle implementation.
-Some experience in documentation of and resolution of issues.
-Understanding of the financial batch system, resolving out of balance conditions, documentation of applications in error with test results.
Expected activities:
-1st level support of AR, AP and GL teams to include integrity analysis and some issue resolution.
-Documentation of issues where higher-level support required.
-Business process analysis and improvement within all supported areas.
-Finance team liaison with the European business analyst for system developments, including specification, testing and training.
-Development of departmental training schedules.
-Progression to higher levels of support with increased responsibility for process enhancement.
